• We do not claim ownership over any drama content, characters, storylines, or production materials.
• Thumbnail images used on the site are for descriptive/navigational purposes only.
• We link to and embed only content that appears to have been made publicly available on third-party platforms.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of one, and you believe that any content embedded or referenced on Ghaznavi TV infringes your copyright, you have the right to submit a formal DMCA takedown notice requesting removal of the allegedly infringing material.

To be legally valid and actionable under the DMCA, your takedown notice must be in writing and submitted to our designated DMCA contact (see Section 6). Verbal or informal requests will not be processed.

Once we receive a valid, complete DMCA notice, we will:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to protecting intellectual property rights, Ghaznavi TV maintains a strict repeat infringer policy.

• Users or contributors who are found to repeatedly submit or embed infringing content will have their access to the platform terminated permanently.
• We maintain records of all valid DMCA notices and track repeat violations.

• Content that appears publicly on platforms like YouTube may have been uploaded without the copyright owner's knowledge or consent.
• We are not liable for content hosted on third-party platforms; our role is limited to embedding publicly available content.
• We do not make editorial decisions based on copyright status — we rely on the policies of source platforms and respond to valid DMCA notices.

This policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in law, platform practices, or operational procedures. Continued use of Ghaznavi TV following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
